*Before you decide not to go to church this morning, remember this

Sometimes the day you feel the least like going is the day you need it the most.

The Bible says in Book of
Psalms Psalm 122:1,
*“I was glad when they said unto me, let us go into the house of the Lord.”*

Not because everything was perfect, but because going into God’s presence changes things.

You may be tired, discouraged, broke, worried, or just not in the mood — but you don’t go to church because everything is fine; you go to church so that everything can become fine.

Heavenly Father,
on this Good Friday,
we remember the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross.
Let His finished work bring us mercy, healing, and victory.
Wash us clean by His blood, strengthen our faith,
and help us walk in love and obedience.
Lord, let the power of the cross speak in our lives today
breaking every chain and opening every door of grace.
