A staff of Nigerian Electricity Distribution Company (commonly referred to as NEPA) who went to distribute electricity bills in an area without power supply was reportedly badly treated today.
According to an undisclosed source, the household where the staff visited became angry over the continued lack of electricity and confronted him. The situation escalated, and the staff was allegedly threatened and manhandled.
The source further revealed that the household warned that any other electricity officials who visit their compound in the future without resolving the issue of poor power supply may also face similar treatmen
